Our Vision

People connected to the heart of who they are, what they do and why they do it.

Our Mission

We create heart-led, hope filled experiences to ignite mission alignment in individuals and teams.

It’s time to warm things up a bit.

It’s been a tough few years for the human family!

We’ve all had to work so hard to respond to rapidly changing world, social, health and family environments.

While exhaustion is common, many have also welcomed the innovation which comes through times of challenge.

One thread seems clear no matter who you are or where you work:

We want more compassion and hope!

How we live and work will never be the same again.

‘Sacred’ and ‘secular’ are no longer worlds apart.

We are in a season where people, teams and organisations have a new sense of freedom to ask the big questions, such as:

“What really matters and is there a better way?”

“What is most important to me and is my work aligned to my deeply held values?”

“Is our strategy still aligned to our Mission?”

Gathering of Three is here to help you connect to heart of your Mission.

It’s time you were beautifully placed to have the impact you know you can have in the world.
